Return Process

  Log into your Ebonyline account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened condition with all factory labels attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for hygiene compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
